Cogent Staffing are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Bradford BD4. We are looking for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join them on a temporary, ongoing contract.
Role summary:
This role is working within a warehouse environment where the requirement is manual picking, the FLT is used to assist and will not be the bulk of the role. Manual picking is required and ability to do so is essential.
Shifts & salary:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00-17:00
- £12.44 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Temporary ongoing opportunity
- Starting ASAP
Key responsibilities:
- Operate the FLT (counterbalance)
- Load and unload vehicles to site
- Move stock in and around the warehouse
- Locate and label stock within the production/warehouse environments
- Pick orders using FLT and manually
- Stack products
- Reverse through the warehouse on FLT
- This job is 70% manual footwork picking/packing and 30% FLT operations
Experience:
- Ideally holds an in-date Counterbalance Licence
- Worked within a warehouse setting operating FLT and manually picking
- Has a good eye for detail and can read and write in English
- Happy to work on a short term contract
- Can commute to Bradford BD4
