You will collaborate closely with Sales, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure that campaigns focused on lead generation are aligned and yield measurable results. This role is ideal for a motivated marketing professional who thrives in a results-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate innovative marketing campaign concepts to promote advertising opportunities to local, regional, and national brands.
  • Plan and implement B2B marketing campaigns across email, digital, print, social media, and other direct marketing channels.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams (sales, design, digital agencies) to ensure campaign assets and messaging are consistent and timely.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and ROI using spreadsheets, CRM systems, and marketing platforms.
  • Provide comprehensive reports on campaign effectiveness, offering insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Present results and performance data to key internal stakeholders regularly.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure marketing initiatives support lead generation and sales efforts.
  • Work with the design team to create marketing materials and content for the sales team.
  • Gain a strong understanding of media trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviour to inform strategic campaign planning.
  • Partner with leadership to identify new marketing opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Continuously improve campaign processes, templates, and workflows for enhanced efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay updated on marketing best practices, tools, and technologies, suggesting innovative ways to enhance campaign performance.

The candidate:

You are a self-motivated, ambitious marketing professional with a successful track record of managing campaigns from inception to completion, boasting at least 5 years of experience. You are business-savvy, thrive under pressure, and take pride in producing work that drives significant impact.
