We are seeking a reliable and motivated Class 2 Driver to join our client’s logistics team. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of our products to various locations.
IMMEDIATE START RELIEF ROLE WITH POTENTIAL FOR TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY FOR THE RIGHT PERSON.
TOMORROW START – 3 DROPS AND BACK TO THE DEPOT.
Shift/pay:
- 05:00 – finish (usually around 1pm or 2pm but must be flexible to finish 4pm as and when needed)
- Monday to Friday
- £15.00 per hour while on agency, £17.80 once permanent
- Temporary to permanent – beginning as a relief role
- Weekly pay
- Immediate start for the right person
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Class 2 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Deliver products to customers and clients according to scheduled routes.
- Perform daily vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with the logistics team and customers.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 driving license.
- CPC qualification is preferred.
- Previous driving experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
