We are currently seeking Fabricators to join our client’s team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their skills in a supportive environment.
Experience in fabrication or related fields is preferable but not essential. Candidates with UPVC experience are encouraged to apply. We welcome great candidates with no experience, as training will be provided.
Working Hours/Salary:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM (40-hour work week)
- Flexible hours: Option to work from 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM if required.
- Breaks: 15-minute morning break and a 30-minute break at 1:00 PM.
- Overtime: Available as needed.
- Little to no experience: £12.50 per hour
- Moderate experience: £13.10 – £13.50 per hour (experience with systems such as Alumil, Reynaers, Pagolas, Adeco, Schuco is beneficial)
The role:
- Fabricate bi-fold doors to company specifications.
- Use hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Follow training and guidance from experienced team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
The candidate:
- Good timekeeping and attendance.
- A positive attitude towards work.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to use hand tools competently.
