Halifax-based recruitment agency, Cogent Staffing, is celebrating its fifth birthday.
The agency, which supplies industrial, engineering, and commercial staff on a temporary, permanent, or contract basis, opened in 2017 to provide recruitment services to businesses and individuals throughout Yorkshire.
Over the last five years, Cogent Staffing has developed into a market-leading recruitment company that now works with a diverse portfolio of nationwide and local clients.
To accommodate the agency’s rapid and successful growth, the Cogent Staffing team has moved to a new, central office in Shaw Lodge House, Shaw Lane, Halifax, HX3 9ET, and has opened numerous offices strategically located across the North of England.
Extraordinary hard work, commitment, and teamwork has propelled Cogent Staffing to massive success in such a short time. The agency now boasts five divisions including engineering, FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial, with a well-established team of consultants operating across their chosen specialism.
Now the company has firmly established its roots, it is looking ahead to further development, made possible by the extremely positive growth of our divisions. The company has ambitious growth plans for 2023 and beyond, and has marked its birthday with a full website redesign, which launched last month.
