We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Operative for a temporary role. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.
Role summary:
As a Production/Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring that items are prepared efficiently to meet high-volume targets. This position requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the smooth running of our production processes.
Shift/salary:
- Monday to Friday
- Starting hours 08:00-12:00
- Moving in to 08:00-17:00 shift once role mastered by the operative
- £12.21 per hour
- Immediate start
- Good transport links
- Free on site parking
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently chop and prepare items to meet set volume targets.
- Work in a fast-paced environment to ensure productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production role is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
