The Role:
As an FLT Counterbalance and Reach Driver, you will play an essential role in:
- Loading and unloading containers with your FLT.
- Wrapping and stacking pallets, including using an automatic palletizer.
- Managing high racking systems for efficient stock storage.
- Collaborating with team members to meet production goals.
- Utilizing hand scanners for stock allocation and picking materials.
- Engaging in a mix of manual labor and FLT operation.
The candidate:
- Licenses Required: Valid FLT Counterbalance and Reach licenses.
- Experience: Extensive warehouse experience is essential.
- Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to take on additional duties as needed.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle the physical demands of the job.
