Cogent Staffing are recruiting for several FLT Drivers for a short term temporary placement based in Brighouse. Working only Monday 17th March & Tuesday 18th March. This is a temporary placement, not a full time role and is cover work covering holiday absence.
Role summary:
It is essential you have an FLT licence for Counterbalance and minimum 1 year experience operating in order to complete the required duties within the role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for unloading containers, moving stock, and ensuring that goods are stored accurately and safely. This role is crucial to maintaining the flow of operations and supporting our commitment to high standards in logistics and inventory management.
Shift/salary:
- Working Monday & Tuesday ONLY next week (this is a minimum expected requirement, there may be more shifts but no guarantee)
- 08:45 start time
- Finishing no later than 17:00
- Weekly pay
- £12.00 per hour
The role:
- Safely unload containers and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Move stock to designated areas and ensure efficient storage.
- Put away stock in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Conduct routine checks on the counterbalance truck to ensure safety and functionality.
The candidate:
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating a counterbalance truck.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
