Our client based in Elland are looking to recruit a customer care operator. The main purpose of the role will be to manage customer queries/issues right through to end result ensuring the customer is completely satisfied with the service and resolutions for any queries/issues they may have.


To take care of customers on a daily basis
Liaising with internal departments on the customers behalf to ensure satisfaction of the customer
To make the customer experience as simple as possible, ensuring no mistakes are made
To ensure communication is lucrative throughout the customer’s order process, from purchase through to delivery, and after delivery
To become a main point of contact for key customers/repeat customers
To maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism throughout


Must be a professional, personable candidate with excellent English communication skills
Computer literate, excellent attention to detail
Must have the ability to prioritise workload and use common sense
Must be able to work in a small team environment, and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues
Excellent telephone manner is essential
Customer service background is highly advantageous
Must be able to travel to Elland for 9:00


Starting salary £19,000 PA
Monday to Friday: 9:00 – 17:30
23 days holiday + Stats
Temporary to PERMANENT contract
