Cogent Staffing are currently recruiting for a temporary Office Cleaner for our client’s site in Pellon HX1. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic office environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable for staff and visitors.
Shifts / Pay
- Must be able to start work on 6th January
- Initially 1 week temp cover but may be extended thereafter
- Hours to work between Monday and Thursday only (2 hours per day)
- £11.44 per hour. Weekly pay
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Clean and maintain kitchen area.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently is crucial.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning schedules effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the office environment.
