Role responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery used in the repair and servicing of engine components.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge of processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
