Role responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor machinery used in the repair and servicing of engine components.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge of processes.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
