The Role

In this hands-on position, you will actively contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Team to drive lead generation and support revenue growth. Key Areas of Responsibility:

Team Leadership & Management

Strategic & Hands-On Marketing Execution

  • Plan and optimize email marketing campaigns and coordinate digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to align marketing activities with revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs to drive performance improvement.
  • Take ownership of campaigns from planning to execution and analysis.
  • Identify and develop new strategies to enhance brand presence.
  • Work with leadership to refine and deliver the marketing strategy.
  • Monitor ROI and campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, email, and social media.
  • Proven track record in campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track and report on KPIs.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
