Our client based in Halifax are looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join them on a permanent basis., selling a unique and bespoke service
Package
- Monday to Friday days
- Free on site parking
- £30,0000 – £35,000 plus £5200 car allowance
- Bonus / commission scheme
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, corporate, hospitality, and public sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, event planners, and decision-makers.
- Present creative and customised proposals that showcase our experiential offerings.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, goals, and KPIs.
Client Consultation
- Understand client needs, budgets, and visions to recommend suitable products and experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to develop tailored solutions.
- Provide accurate quotes, timelines, and expectations for delivery and installation.
Market & Trend Awareness
- Stay informed about seasonal trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and communications using CRM tools.
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience,
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to sell visual and experiential concepts.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, especially during peak holiday seasons.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (experience with design software is a bonus).
