Cogent Staffing are currently recruiting for Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join an Industrial team based out of our Halifax Office.
It is essential you drive and have your own transport.
Training will be provided on the below:
Interviewing candidates
Drafting and sending personalized recruitment emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Being very Active on platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards and networking events
Ensuring a positive and smooth candidate experience
Provide exceptional service standards for customers and applicants alike
Grow and develop existing and new accounts
Sell the company’s temporary and permanent recruitment services
Writing and posting job adverts
Evaluating and sourcing candidates
On site check ins
Client service reviews
