Role summary:
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Labourers to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our operations and ensuring that tasks are completed safely and effectively. As a Labourer, you will be involved in a variety of manual tasks that contribute to the overall success of shop floor processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have a willingness to learn.
Shift, salary & package:
- Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:00
- Friday 07:30-13:00
- Early finish Fridays!

- £11.44 – £12.44 depending on experience

The role:
- Perform general labour tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of equipment and work areas.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Empty and manage small skips and waste containers.
- Carry out heavy lifting and moving of materials as required.
- Assist with general labouring tasks to support production operations.
The candidate:
- Previous experience in a labour-intensive role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- A valid driver’s licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
