Cogent Staffing is recruiting on behalf of our leading manufacturing client for skilled Warehouse Workers to assist with various warehousing functions on a temporary, ongoing basis with permanent opportunities available for the right individuals.
Shift, salary & package:
- Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:00
- Friday 07:30-13:00
- Early finish Fridays!
- Free parking
- £11.44 – £12.44 depending on experience

The Warehouse Worker role:
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform order picking and packing to prepare goods for dispatch.
- Manage goods in and out, ensuring accurate inventory control.
- Operate a counterbalance forklift truck (if licensed) to move materials safely.
- Assist with deliveries using a company vehicle (if licensed).
The ideal Warehouse Worker:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred.
- Valid counterbalance forklift truck license is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A valid driving license is a plus for delivery responsibilities.
