Cogent Staffing are recruiting for an experienced Support Administrator to join our client based in Leeds, LS11. This is a 3 month placement, with potential for extension and potential to join the team permanently.

Role summary:

You will play a vital role in the administration function of the company, answering customer queries regarding orders and tracking, liaising with couriers to resolve shipping issues, and tracking data across different systems.

Shift/salary:

  • Monday to Friday office based.
  • 08:30-17:00
  • £13 – £14 an hour DOE
  • Temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate
  • Weekly pay

Responsibilities:

  • Using telephone and email to consistently liaise with 3rd party couriers in order to raise shipping issues and track resolutions.
  • Follow up on existing shipping orders.
  • Working from the office.
  • Taking customer requests and providing tracking updates.
  • Operating Excel, internal CRMs and other computer systems.
  • Any other admin tasks to support the office.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a brilliant telephone manner.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused with drive, resilience, and energy.
  • Happy tracking and updating a high amount of orders methodically.
  • Self-motivated with passion, enthusiasm, tenacity, and resilience.
