As an Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by processing website orders, providing delivery date information, and assisting customers with their orders. Salary package:
- Monday to Friday, office hours
- 37.5 hours per week
- Temporary to permanent placement
- £12.00 per hour
- Weekly pay
Responsibilities:
- Processing website orders
- Accurately and promptly processing customer orders placed through our website.
- Verifying order details, product availability, and pricing to ensure smooth transactions.
- Advising customers on delivery dates.
- Recording and maintaining order data on the CRM system.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
Experience
- Ideally have worked within a order processing/customer service role previously.
- Confident in using Microsoft packages.
