As an Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by processing website orders, providing delivery date information, and assisting customers with their orders. Salary package:
- Monday to Friday, office hours
- 09:00-17:00
- 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer queries regarding delivered products through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Diagnose and troubleshoot common product issues, providing expert guidance to customers
- Coordinate with delivery teams and suppliers to resolve product-related problems
- Process returns, replacements, and warranty claims when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Liaise with technical teams when specialist product knowledge is required
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their issues
- Identify and escalate recurring product issues to relevant departments
Experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations
- Experience in managing customer expectations and delivering solutions
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Understanding of UK consumer rights and product warranty procedures
