As an Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by processing website orders, providing delivery date information, and assisting customers with their orders. Salary package:

  • Monday to Friday, office hours
  • 09:00-17:00
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Temporary to permanent placement
  • £32,000 starting salary
  • Weekly pay
  • Office based

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer queries regarding delivered products through phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot common product issues, providing expert guidance to customers
  • Coordinate with delivery teams and suppliers to resolve product-related problems
  • Process returns, replacements, and warranty claims when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Liaise with technical teams when specialist product knowledge is required
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their issues
  • Identify and escalate recurring product issues to relevant departments

Experience

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations
  • Experience in managing customer expectations and delivering solutions
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of UK consumer rights and product warranty procedures
