As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by processing website orders, providing delivery date information, and assisting customers with their orders. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our clients continued success and be part of a dynamic, customer-focused organization.
Salary package:
- Monday to Friday, office hours
- 09:00-17:00
- 37.5 hours per week
- Temporary to permanent placement
- £25,000

Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer queries regarding delivered products through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Booking in deliveries
- Process returns, replacements, and warranty claims when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Answer incoming calls as needed
Experience
- Previous customer service experience would be beneficial
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations
- Experience in managing customer expectations and delivering solutions
- Previous experience in a similar role
