Cogent Staffing are seeking a motivated and reliable Food Production Operative to join out Normanton based client on a full time, temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have some experience in food production and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Shift/salary:
- Monday to Friday
- 07:00-16:00 (with flexibility to start 06:00 as needed)
- Full time
- Temporary to permanent assignment

The role:
- Assist in the production of food products in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area.
- Support machine operators and learn to operate machinery as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
The candidate:
- Previous experience in food production is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
