Our client based in PR4 are looking for an experienced sales manager to join their well established sales team

Main Duties And Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Managing Director and Commercial Manager on all aspects of sales strategy development and planning to grow the business, connecting business development strategy to the delivery of the business plan
Develop focused activity plans to drive the business performance – maximising profitability of existing business, identifying new customers and areas for business development and delivering market penetration as a growth strategy to build profitability
Support the Account Management team in the development of KPI’s and targets as appropriate to grow business to ensure focus on the key strategies and plans agreed at executive level
Analyse the management information and KPI’s on a monthly basis to determine areas for improvement and work closely with the Managing director to develop strategies and plans to ensure any required improvements are made
Must Have:

Hunger for sales and target driven
Proven track record of sale and management
Presents well, Personally as well as a business
Track record of customer management
Preferably packaging/Storage solution background
