Cogent Staffing are recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Administrator for our client based in Salford, Greater Manchester. Working on a temporary to permanent, part time basis, you will also be required to deputise for the full time Supply Chain Administrator during holidays/absence.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Controller, you are responsible for the administration function across the Distribution function, supporting the team with raising, receipting and matching purchase orders, purchasing, issuing and recording of site PPE, collating weekly/periodical spend in the form of reports for the Line Manager.
20 hours per week
£17.30-£19.23 per hour
Temporary to permanent
Deputising for the Supply Chain Administration roll on holiday cover
Gather analysis data on own account resource covering bagged deliveries
Order and managed the PPE requirement for the site
Be the point of contact for purchase order raising across both departments
Track weekly contractor and agency usage and track spend
Holiday and sickness cover for the Supply Chain Administration support
Some weighbridge support as required.
PC literate, including a working ability with Excel spreadsheets
PowerPoint and Word; capable of using Distribution Management Systems.
Numerate, literate with a good general level of education.
