Cogent Staffing is excited to announce a job opening for a Brewer in Shipley, BD17. We are looking for a passionate individual to join the brewing team, with an immediate start available.
Shifts & Salary:
- Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Salary: Starting at £30,000+
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting high-quality beers using traditional and modern brewing methods.
- Conducting taste tests and quality checks to ensure product consistency.
- Collaborating with the brewing team to create new and innovative beer recipes.
- Ensuring all brewing equipment is properly maintained and sanitized.
- Tracking ingredients and supplies needed for brewing operations.
- Working closely with other team members to maintain a smooth brewing process.
Key Requirements:
- Must have demonstrated experience in brewing, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Familiarity with various brewing methods and styles.
- Ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- A genuine interest in craft beer and brewing culture.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
