Our client based in Skipton near the town center are looking to recruit Assembly Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis to start week commencing the 6th January 2025. The main purpose of the role will be to join their existing team in the assembly procedure of their product.
THE ROLE:
- Using hand and power tools
- Working to instruction and drawings/client spec
- Ensuring assembly is completed to a high standard in timely manner
- Reporting to the production manager
- Adhering to start times, finish times and break times
THE CANDIDATE:
- MUST have some kind of production/industrial background
- Must be good with hand tools and have a fast paced, efficient work ethic
- Must be able to work as part of a small (likeable) team
- Previous assembly or upholstry experience would be highly advantageous but NOT essential.
THE SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- £11.44 per hour
- Monday to Thursday 8:00 – 17:00
- Friday 8:00 – 15:45
- Temporary to permanent
- Free cark parking
