Cogent Staffing are recruiting for a Loading Shovel Driver for our client, a leading waste management service provider, to help with operations. This is a temporary role covering in the absence of a permanent member of staff.
Shift/salary:
- Monday to Friday
- 07:00-17:00
- £14.50-£15.00 per hour depending on experience
- 2 week temporary cover
- Weekly pay
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate loading shovel machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload waste materials as directed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of equipment.
- Assist in other duties as required on the waste management site.
Requirements:
- Valid Loading Shovel licence.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
