We are seeking a motivated and experienced HGV Class 1 Driver with expertise in operating walking floor trailers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods across various routes while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles with walking floor trailers.
- Transport goods to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Load and unload materials using the walking floor system.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 license.
- Proven experience driving walking floor trailers.
- Strong knowledge of driving regulations and best practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and nights if required.
