Cogent Staffing are recruiting for experienced Manufacturing Operatives on a temporary basis Our client are a leading manufacturer of their industry. Full training will provided for this role.
Shift/salary:
- Afternoons 10pm – 6am
- £12.94ph
- All necessary training is provided however previous experience in a physical role and with working both days and nights would be a big benefit.
- Weekly pay.
The role:
- Loading and unloading machines
- Machine minding / machine operating
- Quality checking products
- Completing assembly duties using hand held power tools
- Moving heavy raw materials where required
- Assisting in the moving of finished products
- General site maintenance and departmental upkeep in line with health and safety
The candidate:
- Can commit long term to the shift pattern
- Has previous experience in a similar or physical role
- Is receptive to training and willing to learn
- Can communicate well and has an eye for detail
