Cogent Staffing
Cogent Staffing are recruiting for Production Operatives on a full time, temporary to permanent basis for our client based in Wakefield, WF2. No experience is necessary, the right candidate will be happy to carry out light assembly and production duties.
Shift & Salary Requirement:
Monday to Friday 08:30-16:00 while training
Once training is complete shifts are 06:00-13:30 + 13:15-21:00 Monday to Friday (rotating shifts)
Normal working hours are paid at £10.42
Saturday overtime is sometimes required, paid at £13.85
The role:
Working on a bench to pack and check light products
Assembling boxes for packaging
Wrapping finished products
Working on machines
Working as part of a production team
Training available to upskill and progress candidates willing to learn
The candidate:
Reliable, honest and hardworking
Looking for full time and permanent work
Ideally has a background in packing or production work within an industrial setting, but this is not essential
Can start work ASAP
