Cogent Staffing are recruiting for experienced Warehouse Operatives for our busy manufacturing client based in Elland.
Role summary:
You will be working within the warehouse on goods in and out duties as well as other general warehousing roles within the setting.
Shift/salary:
- Shifts are Monday to Friday 07:00- 16:15.
- Early 12:00 finish on a Friday.
- £12.21 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Temporary to permanent
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks (training provided).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
The candidate:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
