Cogent Staffing are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administration Support professional to join our client and their dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of supply chain processes.

Shift/salary:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • 07:30-15:00 while training
  • £12.50 per hour
  • Weekly pay
  • Temporary to permanent opporunity
  • Immediate start for the right person

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize PC literacy, particularly with Excel spreadsheets, to manage and analyze data.
  • Assist in the maintenance of Distribution Management Systems.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate purchasing and inventory management to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of departmental strategies.

Functional Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical skills with a good general understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
