Cogent Staffing are recruiting on behalf of our Normanton based client for a motivated Aluminium Fabricator with experience in MIG welding to join a rapidly expanding business.

As an Aluminium Fabricator, you’ll play a key role in producing and assembling aluminium and steel components to the highest standards of accuracy, durability, and finish. Working from technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble aluminium and steel components with precision and accuracy.
• Carry out MIG work (and TIG where applicable) to ensure strength, durability, and a high-quality finish.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Check completed work meets required standards for quality and durability.
• Follow internal production processes and update progress where required.
• Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth project completion.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in aluminium fabrication (experience with steel desirable).
• Skilled in MIG welding (TIG desirable but not essential).
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
