- Design and document shift patterns; prepare for each shift through briefings and site inspections.
- Organize production flow, assign job roles, and manage traffic on site.
- Oversee the offloading and loading of vehicles as per the traffic management plan.
- Prepare the facility to receive current, new, and anticipated material volumes.
- Support general maintenance tasks.
- Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with permit requirements.
- Uphold high standards of production discipline and compliance with company regulations, including working hours, health and safety, and site permitting.
- Monitor productivity and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop staff performance through training, coaching, and support.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in team management, preferably in the waste recycling sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to work.
- WAMITAB Level 4 (CoTC – Certificate of Technical Competence) in hazardous waste treatment/transfer is a plus but not mandatory.
