- Respond promptly to customer requirements, including RFQs and Purchase Orders, particularly during urgent breakdown situations, to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Maintain accurate project data within the ERP system, managing all associated administrative tasks.
- Organize Engineer site visits, handling arrangements for travel, accommodation, and on-site logistics.
- Coordinate transport and spares operations across Workshop, Assembly, Blast, and
- Paint departments for in-house projects.
- Generate Purchase Orders for external works and liaise with sub-contractors effectively.
- Create Job, Sales, and Manufacturing Orders for Service & Repair projects, ensuring accurate Due Dates to facilitate on-time deliveries.
- Collaborate with Production and other teams to confirm lead times for manufactured and purchased parts necessary for various projects.
- Review and validate Engineer Site Visit and Workshop Inspection Reports, working with the Mechanical team to address any outstanding issues.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems for efficient data management.
- Excellent customer relations and communication abilities.
- Capable of coordinating multiple projects, logistics, and timelines seamlessly.
- Problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail.
