- Pick and pack items accurately and efficiently for dispatch.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring goods are handled safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment.
- Follow company policies and procedures relating to health and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Conduct quality checks on items to ensure they meet company standards.
- Report any damaged items or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
- Support other warehouse functions as required, including assembly and sorting of furniture.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices while on the job.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not essential.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and potentially overtime as needed.
