Print Operative

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Print Operative to join a dynamic printing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where quality and efficiency are paramount.

Role summary:

As a Print Operative, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing machinery, ensuring high standards of quality control, and meeting production deadlines. You will work closely with team members to achieve operational goals while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

Shift/salary & package:

• Temporary to permanent or day one permanent opportunity.
• Starting salary: £25,396.80 (minimum wage).
• Shifts: Rotating between 06:30 AM to 2:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
• Opportunities for overtime, which is often available.
• Immediate starts.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor printing machines.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements/qualifications:

• Previous experience in a printing environment is preferred, but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Flexible and willing to adapt to changing demands.
