Part Time Warehouse Administrator

Cogent Staffing are recruiting for a temporary, part time Administrator for our Brighouse based client.

Package / Benefits

• Part time, Monday, Wednesday and Friday
• 09:00-15:00
• Temporary contract only
• Weekly pay each Friday
• Free on site parking

Working in a warehouse environment most of the time, so you need to be able to meet ‘hygiene’ standards for a food environment which means no piercings, no jewellery, no false nails.

The role:

• Processing incoming customer orders from online channels – the job is to follow through on all online sales to ensure the correct delivery is received by the customer, on time.
• Working with 1 team member on picking orders, checking, packaging up & dispatching on a day by day basis
• Arranging delivery via courier and manage all delivery issues
• Support customer service, dealing with any sales queries or problems as required, maintaining high levels of responsiveness and customer satisfaction
• Monitoring stock levels
• Ensure compliance with all company policies & procedures
• Ensure all documentation is up to date and accurate

The candidate:

• Previous experience as an Administrator is essential
• Experience of dealing with customers and customer queries
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Maintain a professional approach and have excellent customer service skills
• Ability to use initiative, prioritise and manage own workload
• A good team player
• Good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
