We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our esteemed client in Elland. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Overtime paid at Time and 1/3 after 40 hours
- Flexible shifts:
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Thursday - Opportunity for permanent employment after successful completion of the temporary period
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various types of machinery on the production line to ensure optimal performance
- Perform quality checks on products to maintain high standards of quality assurance
- Palletize and organize stock for efficient storage and dispatch
- Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and packed
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve workflows
- Participate in regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime
- Support training and onboarding of new employees as required
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste
