Wet Paint Sprayer

Our client is a reputable leader in the engineering and manufacturing industry, dedicated to delivering top-quality products. They are currently looking for an experienced Wet Paint Sprayer to join their skilled team in Halifax.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain wet paint spraying equipment to apply coatings on various metal surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required.
• Mix and match paints to achieve the desired color and finish.
• Ensure high-quality application, adhering to company standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of the finished product to ensure a flawless appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a wet paint sprayer, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of paint types, application techniques, and safety practices.
• Attention to detail and commitment to achieving high-quality results.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
