- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them appropriately using excellent phone etiquette
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings using organisational skills
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
- Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google
- Workspace applications
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents
- Support office management with general clerical duties to ensure smooth daily operations
- Update and manage client information within relevant databases
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks as required
- Proven office experience or administrative experience preferred.
- Polite, personable and can provide good customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Organised, reliable, and proactive attitude towards work responsibilities.
