We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our client’s team based in Immingham. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in office software, and a welcoming attitude to create a positive impression of our organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls using excellent phone etiquette.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain appointment schedules and organise meetings as required.
  • Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Assist with administrative tasks using office software.
  • Respond to inquiries via email and in person, providing information about services offered.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using computerised systems
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
