- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and by converting inquiries from marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and manage the customer pipeline, providing regular reports on status and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the National Sales Manager and business management to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships to strengthen loyalty.
- Complete daily call sheets to relay essential feedback and insights from customer visits to management.
- Meet new business targets while adhering to the discount and credit guidelines established by management.
- Work closely with the credit control department to manage financial risks effectively.
- Ideally has previous manufacturing experience.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively sell the benefits of our product portfolio.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and ambitious, demonstrating a proactive approach to work.
- Proven ability to achieve targets consistently.
- Strong customer service skills to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Focus on value-added selling rather than being price-driven.
