- Loading materials onto machinery
- Machine minding and monitoring performance
- Unloading finished components
- Carrying out quality control checks
- Ensuring production targets are met
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Supporting general shop floor duties as required
- Has previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not essential)
- Is reliable and punctual
- Works well as part of a team
- Has good attention to detail, particularly for quality checks
- Is comfortable working around machinery
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing site in Halifax. This is a hands-on role working on the shop floor as part of a small, dedicated 3-person team.
This position involves working alongside machinery and carrying out a variety of production duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
