General Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary General Operative to join a busy firm within the powder coating department. This is an ongoing temporary position with an immediate start available.

Shift/salary:

• Monday to Friday
• 14:00-22:00
• £13.00 per hour
• Immediate start
• Weekly pay
• Temporary ongoing position

The role:

• Hanging components onto production lines ready for powder coating
• Removing finished items from the line after coating
• Checking items for quality and finish
• Ensuring work areas are kept clean and safe
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment preferred but not essential
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to start immediately
