- Manage and develop Team Leaders and warehouse teams (up to 10 direct reports)
- Recruit, onboard, coach and manage performance
- Set and monitor KPIs to drive productivity and quality
- Deliver eCommerce and listing training
- Plan and coordinate daily workflow across sorting, listing, dispatch and inventory
- Ensure safe systems of work and H&S compliance
- Support B2B and B2C order fulfilment
- Maintain seller standards across platforms including eBay and Oxfam Online Shop
- Manage inventory and stock distribution using warehouse systems
- Make tactical pricing and listing decisions to maximise revenue
- Monitor sales performance, sell-through rates and refunds
- Drive process improvements using performance data
- Experience in a large warehouse or eCommerce environment
- Strong people management and performance management skills
- Ability to analyse data and deliver against KPIs
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Health & Safety management experience
- Strong IT skills and marketplace knowledge (eBay or similar)
- Commercial awareness and stock valuation judgement
- Experience working with volunteers

Team Manager – Warehouse
Our client is looking for a commercially focused and people-driven Team Manager to lead operations within our Batley eCommerce Warehouse.
About the Role
You will manage the day-to-day operations of our online warehouse, overseeing stock processing from sorting and photography through to listing, dispatch and online sales. Working closely with the eCommerce Manager, you will lead through Team Leaders and oversee a mixed workforce of staff, trainees, volunteers and agency colleagues.
This is a hands-on, second-level management role where your leadership, commercial judgement and operational oversight directly impact revenue, quality standards and customer experience.
