- Oversee all warehouse operations including goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Manage and develop a team of warehouse operatives and supervisors
- Ensure accurate inventory control and stock management
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to drive efficiency
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance
- Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to meet customer demands
- Manage warehouse systems and reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Proven experience in a warehouse management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience within distribution/ logistics
- Good understanding of inventory management systems
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day warehouse operations at our Bradford (BD4) site. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, stock accuracy, team performance, and health & safety compliance.
