- Carrying out general factory cleaning tasks
- Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining production areas
- Removing waste and ensuring proper disposal procedures
- Cleaning machinery and workspaces as required
- Assisting with general labouring duties when needed
- Working cooperatively with two other labourers as part of a team
- Has previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not essential)
- Is reliable and punctual
- Works well as part of a team
- Has good attention to detail, particularly for quality checks
- Is comfortable working around machinery
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ongoing, stable work

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing site in Halifax. This is a hands-on role working on the shop floor as part of a small, dedicated 3-person team.
This position involves working alongside machinery and carrying out a variety of production duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
