- Early: 6:00am – 2:30pm
- Late: 2:00pm – 10:30pm
- £13.50 per hour for the initial 12-week period
- £15.61 per hour upon receiving a permanent contract
- £17.60 per hour when working rotating shifts
- Overtime paid at time and three-quarters
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays (pro-rata in first year)

- Operating industrial presses and moulding equipment
- Working with rubber materials and associated chemicals
- Using hand tools and precision measuring equipment (vernier gauges, tape measures)
- Following production specifications and quality standards
- Completing basic computer-based documentation
- Working both independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment
- Strong work ethic and solid employment history
- Experience working with chemicals and large-scale industrial machinery
- Current FLT Counterbalance licence

Initial Shift (Monday–Friday):
07:30am – 4:00pm (40 paid hours per week)
Following successful completion of the 12-week probation period, you may move onto a rotating weekly shift pattern:
Overtime is available after probation.
