Production Operative

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Shift/salary:

• Monday to Friday
• 06:00-15:00
• £13.00 per hour
• Immediate starts available
• Weekly pay
• Temporary to permanent

The role:

• Operating and maintaining production equipment safely and efficiently
• Preparing materials and components for manufacturing processes
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality control standards
• Packaging, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch
• Recording production data and maintaining accurate documentation
• Following all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Supporting stock control and inventory checks
• Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines

The candidate:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work to set procedures
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive
• A strong understanding of health and safety practices
