- Temporary ongoing role (3-6 months) with potential for a permanent role depending on business requirements
- Immediate start available following successful interview
- Receive and check customer orders via email, phone, or ordering systems.
- Accurately input orders into the ERP system, including product specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery details.
- Review orders against quotations and customer requirements before release to production.
- Liaise with customers to clarify details and resolve queries.
- Coordinate with production planning to confirm lead times and capacity.
- Raise and amend works orders and delivery documentation.
- Monitor order progress and communicate any issues or delays internally.
- Support despatch and transport teams with accurate delivery information.
- Maintain up-to-date customer and order records.
- Previous experience in order processing, sales administration, or manufacturing administration.
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and ERP/order processing systems.
- Good numeracy skills and ability to interpret product specifications.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Calm, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
